Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

(a) Westby Brook Perceval, politician, of London, United Kingdom, who died at Wimbledon, United Kingdom, on or about 23 June 1928, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.

(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule

A right of way strip of land between 10 and 12 Derby Street, Christchurch, being an estate in fee simple containing 97 square metres, part Computer Freehold Register 53/94 (Canterbury Registry), subject to easements created by transfers 33144, 33929 and 38470.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,

I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 May 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Rachel Keen in respect of Island Bay Plunket Creche (50026), situated at 167 The Parade, Island Bay, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
