Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserves and Declaration That the Reserves Form Part of the Bream Head Scenic Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act and declares that the reserves form part of the Bream Head Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of a Notice and Issue of a Fresh Notice Including Māori Freehold Land in a Māori Reservation*

Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae and is to be included in the Māori reservation that is over the lands known as Taumataoteo 22E, Taumataoteo 24A, Taumataoteo 25, Taumataoteo 34 and Taumataoteo 35, that became a Māori reservation, pursuant to section 11(1) of the Maori Purposes Act 1936, on the making of the vesting order vesting the land in trustees on 19 August 1939.
