Aurora Dental Limited

Proposed Release of Deposit

Pursuant to the Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953

Aurora Dental Limited (“the company”) has given notice to Public Trust that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with Public Trust.

Public Trust therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19(3) of the Act, that, being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, it proposes to release to the company on or after 28 November 2008, the amount deposited with Public Trust by the company.

Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with Public Trust, 141 Willis Street, Wellington 6011, on or before 10 November 2008.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Sections 137, 139 and 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Notice is hereby given that ASL Mortgages Limited, as mortgagee (“the mortgagee”) under mortgage 6664226.4 (“the mortgage”) over the land located at 1911 State Highway 29, RD 1, Tauranga, contained and described in Computer Freehold Register 246476 (South Auckland Land Registry) (“the first property”) and Computer Freehold Register 246472 (South Auckland Land Registry) (“the second property”) took possession of the first property and part possession of the second property (part formerly in Computer Register SA59B/643) from the mortgagor on 13 October 2008 in accordance with section 137(1)(c) of the Property Law Act 2007.

1. On 16 October 2008, the mortgagee under the mortgage entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
