Notice is hereby given that on 15 September 2008 at 5.30pm, the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company be put into liquidation and that Kevin John Gilligan, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
