Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Far North District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as recreation reserve and vests the reserve in the Far North District Council, in trust for that purpose, subject to the provisions of the Act and, subject to a deed of lease dated the 24th day of August 1990, for a term expiring on 30 April 2022.
