Conservation Act 1987
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes and further declares that the conservation area be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.

- This notice shall come into force on 16 October 2008.

Mountain at height 861m, located in the range 2km south of Okiwi Bay, Croisilles Harbour, Marlborough Sounds, topographic map 260-O27 Nelson, GR 648 085. Spelling alteration from Elliot Peak.

Cradock Stream
Stream flowing generally southerly from Mystery Lake below Dogs Range and into Lake Clearwater, located in the foothills inland from Ashburton, topographic map 260-J36 Mount Harper/Mahaanui, source: GR 503 388, confluence: GR 502 323. Spelling alteration from Craddock Stream.
Downs Creek
Stream flowing generally south-easterly from Geraldine Downs and into the Waihi River, passing west of Geraldine, topographic map 260-J38 Geraldine, source: GR 661 796, confluence: GR 703 747. Not named on current map.
