Land Transfer Act Notice

I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 16 December 2008.

Applicant: Wangapeka Downs Limited, of Motueka.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 1.6570 hectares, being part Lots 1, 11 and 14 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Nelson Land District under LT 379234, being part Sections 28 and 29, Square 6, Block VII, Wangapeka Survey District which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 3, folio 79, such land being part of the land granted to Alexander Ransome Drummond, under Crown Grant 2G 581 on 23 March 1863, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.

Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

(a) George Buckley, gentleman, formerly of Christchurch, but late of The Esplanade, Brighton, Victoria, Australia, who died at that address on 19 November 1895, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.

(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule
A narrow esplanade strip of approximately 1041 square metres adjacent to Quinns Road, Christchurch, part of a Deed of Conveyance 20D/460, parts of Rural Sections 2164, 2168, 2392 and 1140 between the (now) Shirley Creek and (now) Quinns Road, Christchurch (Canterbury Registry).

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property
