Road Realignment—Puketarata Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the Otorohanga District Council excluding mineral interests reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924.

(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road and to vest in the Otorohanga District Council excluding minerals and related interests reserved by section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 6 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, section 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register 389701.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA734/268 subject to mortgage B421612.3.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA61A/640 subject to mortgage B298975.4.
