Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 18 September 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Redz Tyrez Limited be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie and Lyn M. Carey of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 18 September 2008 at 8.45pm.

The liquidators have fixed 24 October 2008 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
