Amendment to Appointment of a Commissioner for
Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Piripono Te Kura Whakahou ki Otara (4205)

Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Piripono Te Kura Whakahou o Otara (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 April 2006, No. 35, page 912) and appoint

Tukaki Waititi

as commissioner.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Piripono Te Kura Whakahou ki Otara are vested in the commissioner.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Dated at Wellington this 4th day of February 2008.
