Application to cancel a joint family home

  • Certifications of the authorised practitioner for the Applicant under section 164A of the Land Transfer Act 1952

Application for deposit of unit title plan

  • An application in Form 1, Schedule 1 Unit Titles Act 1972

  • Certifications of the authorised practitioner for the Applicant under section 164A of the Land Transfer Act 1952

Instrument Creating Esplanade Strip

(sections 232 and 235 Resource Management Act 1991)

  • Certifications of the authorised practitioner for the Registered Proprietor under section 164A of the Land Transfer Act 1952
