Classification of Reserve and Appointment of the Hawke’s Bay Region of Fish and Game New Zealand to Control and Manage a Recreation Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and appoints the Hawke’s Bay Region of Fish and Game New Zealand to control and manage the reserve.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That a Reserve be Part of the Opouahi Scenic Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act and declares that it form part of the Opouahi Scenic Reserve.

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the common use and benefit of Te Waiariki and Ngati Korora people and the shareholders of the block.
