Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 12 May 2005 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being:

An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 496 square metres, being part Land Transfer Plan Red295 described in Computer Freehold Register SL213/36 (Southland Land Registration District)

be vested in the Rakiura Maori Lands Trust, a body corporate constituted under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.

This direction shall become final on 10 October 2008.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage instrument 7357876.3 (North Auckland Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):

TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited, ("the mortgagee") under the mortgage, gives notice as follows:

1. On 2 September 2008, the mortgagee under the mortgage entered into possession of the mortgaged property.

Notice is hereby given that on 4 September 2008, Mascot Finance Limited ("mortgagee") entered into possession of the properties following the failure of the mortgagor, Wanaka Property Investments Limited, to remedy a default notice served on 3 April 2008.
