Land Acquired for Education Purposes—Te Kowhai School, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portion of land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for education purposes and shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Ngahape Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice (excluding mineral interests reserved by section 59 of the Land Act 1948) to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA47A/538.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA11C/168, subject to mortgages B099595.2 and H938399.5.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 386257 subject to mortgage 782065.1.

(f) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA11C/168 subject to mortgages B099595.2 and H938399.5.

(g) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA47A/538.

(h) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be taken and vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(i) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance described in the Ninth Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 386257 subject to mortgage 782065.1.

(j) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance described in the Tenth Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 386257 subject to mortgage 782065.1.
