Subsequent to the directors of the company filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), stating that on appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts, Richard Dale Agnew and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on 29 August 2008 at 11.00am, the date and time the liquidation commenced.
