Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 29 August 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that AVMT Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Foster, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the director.

The liquidation commenced on 29 August 2008 at 2.00pm.

The liquidator fixes 2 October 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
