Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserves—Te Awamutu, Waipa District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the reserves described in the Schedule hereto are classified for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is Reserve—Te Awamutu, Waipa District
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the council on 31 July 2008:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the parcels of land held by Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.
