(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Kihi Road, Oparau, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA653/193.
