Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, insolvency practitioners and chartered accountants of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Scandium NZ Limited.
