On Tuesday, 19 August 2008 at 11.00am, it was resolved by Marac Finance Limited that the above-named companies be placed into receivership pursuant to clause 8 of General Security Deeds (“GSDs”) granted by the above-named companies in favour of Marac Finance Limited.

Marac Finance Limited now exercises that power by appointing Malcolm David Innes-Jones and Steven Paul Cammish, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the above-named companies’ property, being the property charged by the GSDs with effect from the date of this notice and with all the powers conferred by and subject to the terms and conditions of the GSDs.
