John Richard Palairet and Graham Cameron Edwards, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed joint receivers of Tennyson Motor Inn (2003) Limited on 4 August 2008 by Davidson Armstrong & Campbell Solicitors Nominee Company Limited under the terms of a security and loan agreement giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
