(5) All that area in Thames and Coromandel contained within a line commencing at the confluence of Waihou River and Ohinemuri River northerly along the true left bank of Waihou River to the coastline at mean high water springs, then northerly, westerly and southerly along the coastline to Whiritoa Lagoon, then westerly along Whiritoa Lagoon and Whiritoa Stream to its junction with State Highway 25, then south-westerly along State Highway 25 to its junction with Ohinemuri River, then southerly, westerly and northerly along Ohinemuri River through Waihi and Paeroa to the point of commencement.
