| Part H All species | (1) All that area in Northland lying to the south, west and north of a line commencing at the mouth of the Wairoa Stream near Ahipara and proceeding generally easterly along Wairoa Stream to Kaitaia-Awaroa Road, then generally easterly along Kaitaia-Awaroa Road to and along Pukepoto Road, Redan Road and South Road to State Highway 1, then generally easterly along State Highway 1 to and along Victoria Valley Road to Peria Valley Road, then generally north-easterly along Peria Valley Road, Oruru Road and Backriver Road to State Highway 10, then generally south-easterly along State Highway 10 to Waimate Road, then generally south-westerly along Waimate Road, Wairoa Road and Waiare Road to State Highway 1. Generally westerly along State Highway 1 and Horeke Road to Rangiahua Road, then generally northerly along Rangiahua Road to its junction with the Utakura River. Then generally north-easterly along the left bank of the Utakura River to the confluence with Waihou River. Generally south-westerly along the shoreline of Waihou River and Hokianga Harbour to the mouth of the Waima River. Then generally easterly along the right bank of the Waima River, Taheke River and Punakitere River to Mataraua Road. Then southerly along Mataraua Road to and easterly along Picadilly Road to Mangakahia Road. Then southerly along Mangakahia Road to Opouteke Road. Generally southerly along Opouteke Road, Murray Road and Tangowahine Valley Road to Avoca Road. Generally westerly along Avoca Road, Waihue Road, Waimata Road, and Waihue Road to State Highway 12. Generally westerly along State Highway 12 to and along Aranga Coast Road to the coastline. Then generally north-westerly along the coast at Mean High Water Springs crossing the mouth of rivers and harbours, to the point of commencement. |
(2) All that area in Northland contained within a line commencing at the mouth of the Waitangi River, and proceeding westerly and generally south-westerly along Waitangi River to Haruru Falls Road, southerly along Haruru Falls Road to Puketona Road, westerly along Puketona Road to State Highway 10. Southerly along State Highway 10 to State Highway 1, generally south-easterly along State Highway 1 to Russell Road. North-easterly along Russell Road to and along Pigs Head Road and Whananaki North Road to Jubilee Road. South-easterly along Jubilee Road to Whananaki South Road, north-easterly along Whananaki South Road to and along Whananaki Inlet Road the coastline. Then generally north-westerly along the coast at Mean High Water Springs crossing the mouth of rivers and harbours to the point of commencement.
(3) All that area in Auckland contained within a line commencing at the mouth of Waitakere River at Te Henga (Bethells Beach) generally northerly along coast at mean high water springs to the point further described.
