Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (accessway) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Rotorua District Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
