Notice is hereby given that on 31 July 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wynar Limited be liquidated and that Richard Anthony Johnston be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
