Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the local purpose (sounds foreshore) reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae and sporting complex for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Te Waiariki and Ngāti Kororā people and the shareholders of the block.
