Pursuant sections 17(1) and 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for utility purposes and vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right of way and right to convey water easement in perpetuity described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and further declares that the said easement shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
