Amending a Notice Realigning a Road—Bone Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice realigning a road, dated the 11th day of June 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 June 2008, No. 100, page 2715, by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting it with the following:

Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Beattie, King and Clive Streets, Halcombe, Manawatu District

Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WND1/787 (Wellington Registry) and subject to mortgage B024491.2 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
