Public Works Act 1981
Land Declared Road and Severance—State Highway 11, Neumann Street, Kawakawa
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 2, Fifteenth Avenue and Takitimu Drive, Tauranga City
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52, to be set apart for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and vesting the same in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule for use in connection with a road (segregation strip) and vesting the same in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
