Revocation of a Notice Authorising the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land dated the 15th day of January 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 January 2007, No. 4, page 126, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Auckland City Council at its meeting on 5 March 2007, declaring the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (amenity) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and subject to right of way over part marked "A" on DP 362210, created by easement instrument 6931305.1.
