Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution at an unknown date of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being:

An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1012 square metres, being Section 20 Block VII Pipiroa Township on Computer Freehold Register SA1222/66 (South Auckland Land Registration District)
be vested in the Hauraki District Council.

This direction shall become final on 5 August 2008.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
