Māori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring
Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori
Development hereby gives notice as follows.
N o t i c e

This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development
Notice, Hamilton 2008, No. 1. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked. -
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Maori
Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981
Road Stopped and Added to a Recreation Reserve—Far North District
Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(7) and
120(3), shall be added to the land in the Second Schedule,
subject to the same reservations and trusts as that land.

Land Acquired for Stormwater Management Purposes—Woodglen Road, Waitakere City
Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice
is hereby acquired for stormwater management purposes
and vested in the Waitakere City Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
