Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 2005/7*

Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways

Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and clause 2.6 of the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (Rule 54001), Transit New Zealand hereby amends the following bylaw.

Amendments

1. These amendments shall come into force 28 days after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. The Transit New Zealand (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:

   (a) Replacing line 46 in Schedule 3 to read:

   "Transit NZ Region: 1
   SH No.: 12
   Locality: Ruawai
   From (RP): 169/9.617 To (RP): 169/11.017
   Distance from nearest Road/Feature:
   From 550m north-west of the northern abutment of Muddy Mouth Creek Bridge to 638m north of the centreline of Porritt Road.
   Speed Restriction (km/h): 80
   New Zealand Gazette Reference: 19/06/2008, No 100, p2710"

   (b) Replacing line 47 in Schedule 3 to read:

   "Transit NZ Region: 1

Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways
