Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
Queenstown Lakes District Council classifies the reserve
described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve with the
effect that the land will vest in the Queenstown Lakes
District Council under the provisions of section 26(a) of
the Act.
