Amendment to the Education (Domestic Students) Notice 2007

Clause 2 of the Education (Domestic Students) Notice 2007, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 June 2007, No. 64, page 1686, is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and inserting the following paragraph:

"(b) A person who is the holder of an unexpired Limited Purpose Permit granted by Immigration New Zealand for the express purpose of determining his or her immigration status."

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Sacred Heart School, Petone.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 31 August 2007.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Education, Level 3, 19 Market Grove, Lower Hutt.
