Revocation of Dissolution of Incorporated Society

Section 28(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following incorporated society ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

Federated Farmers of New Zealand (Northland Province) Inc. (30 August 2007).

With this publication the society is revived from the date of its dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

Issue of Animal Welfare (Layer Hens) Code of Welfare Amendment Notice 2007 (Notice No. 1607)

I hereby give notice that, under section 76 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, the Animal Welfare (Layer Hens) Code of Welfare Amendment Notice 2007 is issued on 6 September 2007 and comes into effect on 7 September 2007.

The Animal Welfare (Layer Hens) Code of Welfare Amendment Notice 2007 is available for inspection free of charge and for purchase at the following address:

Building Act 2004

Notice of Proposed Amendment to Compliance Document G12 Water Supplies, Including Revocation of Material Incorporated by Reference and Notice Stating Where Materials Proposed to be Incorporated by Reference into Compliance Document G12 are Available for Inspection and Purchase

Pursuant to section 24(1) of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”), I give notice of proposed amendments to the G12 Water Supplies (“Compliance Document G12”).

The first proposed amendment is the inclusion of an Acceptable Solution G12/AS2 for Solar Water Heaters (“proposed G12/AS2”).

Proposed G12/AS2 has been consulted on (as notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 November 2006, No. 137, page 3997) but has been amended and therefore is open for further public comment.

The second proposed amendment includes a consequential change to Acceptable Solution G12/AS1 (“proposed G12/AS1”) from proposed G12/AS2 and additional amendment.
