Authorisation to Exchange Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Rodney
District Council hereby authorises the exchange of land
described in the First Schedule hereto being a portion of
local purpose (drainage) reserve, subject to easements in
respect of the escape of noxious matter, mining, water and
other rights created by conveyance 307463 (R380.326)
for land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject
to easements in respect of the escape of noxious matter,
mining, water and other rights created by conveyance
307463 (R380.326).

Classification of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule
as a local purpose gravel reserve, subject to the provisions of
the Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support
Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation revokes the reservation over the lands
described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes
specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the
lands, and declares that the lands may be disposed of by
the Carterton District Council in such a manner, at a price
and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the
proceeds from the sales to be paid into the general funds of
the council.

of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be
revoked as motorway.
