Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 November 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Jimmy Waka in respect of Kawhia Kohanga Reo (35058), situated at Maketu Marae, Kaora Street, Kawhia.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998
Corrigendum—Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Notice (No. 5) 2007 (No. F404)
In the notice with the above heading, dated the 4th day of May 2007 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 May 2007, No. 50, page 1348, in clause 2 please replace clause 2(d) with the following interpretation:
"the area/rohe moana" means all those waters in the Bay of Plenty enclosed in an area described by a line commencing at the mean high-water mark at a point (37°58.1′S 177°25.6′E) on the shore, and then proceeding along a straight line in a northerly direction to a point (37°55.3′S 177°25.6′E), and then proceeding in an east north-easterly direction to a point (37°53.6′S 177°30.9′E), and then proceeding in a straight line in a southerly direction to a point (37°55.6′S 177°30.9′E), and then along the mean high-water mark to the first mentioned point. The geographical coordinates named are in terms of the WGS84 datum.

Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001
Modification of a Designation of an Auditing Agency
Pursuant to section 35 of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 ("the Act"), I, Stephen McKernan, the Director-General of Health, amend Telarc Limited’s designation by replacing the words "Telarc Limited" with the words "Telarc SAI Limited (trading as Quality Health New Zealand)" wherever they appear in the designation.
The designation as amended by this modification notice is set out below:
"Designation of Auditing Agency
Pursuant to section 32 of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Director-General of Health designates Telarc SAI Limited (trading as Quality Health New Zealand) ("the auditing agency") to audit the provision or likely future provision of the following kinds of health care services:
- Hospital Care (as defined in section 4(1) of the Act)
- Rest Home Care (as defined in section 6(2) of the Act)
- Residential Disability Care (as defined in section 4(1) of the Act)
This designation is subject to the following conditions:

The auditing agency must ensure that where it audits the provision of health care services for people with physical or sensory disabilities, or intellectual disabilities, or psychiatric disabilities or mental illnesses, the auditing agency observes the following:

For audits involving services for people with physical or sensory disabilities, a person with a pronounced physical or sensory disability, must fully participate in all aspects of the audit.

For audits involving services for people with intellectual disabilities, a person with an intellectual disability (accompanied by a support person where necessary), or a close family or whānau member
