Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Colin
Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland,
were appointed joint and several liquidators of Rosedale
Plaza Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section
241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on
23 August 2007 at 10.55am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Rosedale Plaza
Limited, we fix 23 November 2007, as the day on or before
which the creditors of the company are to make their claims
and to establish any priority their claims may have, under
section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded
