TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 3) 2007

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Manager, Competition, Trade and Investment Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 3) 2007.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 October 2007.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 2909.11.00, 2915.24.00, 2916.34.00, 3924.90.09, 4404.20.00, 4407.29.10, 4407.29.40, 4407.29.90, 4409.29.01, 4409.29.09, 4412.31.09, 4412.94.01, 4412.94.09, 4412.94.35, 4412.94.39, 4412.94.45, 4412.99.01, 4412.99.09, 4412.99.35, 4412.99.39 and 4412.99.45, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical key represented by the Tariff items and codes 2939.49.10 01D, 4403.49.00 03C, 4403.49.00 05K, 4403.49.00 07F, 4403.49.00 09B, 4408.39.10 09E, 4408.39.90 31E, 4408.39.90 39L, 4408.39.90 41B, 4408.39.90 49H, 4409.29.19 15A, 4409.29.19 19D, 4409.29.19 29A and 9505.10.00 19H, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
