Naming of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the Government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve described in the Schedule is to be known as the Waipu Government Purpose (Wildlife Refuge) Reserve.

Classification of Reserves and Declaration That the Reserves Form Part of the Bream Head Scenic Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and declares that the reserves form part of the Bream Head Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland Conservator of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the land described in the Schedule as a local purpose (accessway) reserve, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Waitakere City Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
