Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Tokoroa East School (2036)

The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory
manager for the board of trustees of Tokoroa East School
(as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 May 2006,
No. 46, page 1177) is hereby revoked under section 78M(7)
of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of its
publication.

Boards of Trustees Responsibilities Under the Property Occupancy Document

Pursuant to section 70 of the Education Act 1989, acting
under a delegation from the Secretary for Education,
I hereby give notice that the terms and conditions for boards
of all State schools occupying land and buildings are
specified in the form of a Property Occupancy Document.

A copy of the Property Occupancy Document will be
issued to all State schools as an appendix to the Property
Management Handbook and/or boards may obtain a copy
from Ministry of Education offices.

Any prior Property Occupancy Documents issued to boards
are hereby revoked.

This notice shall take effect on the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Health and Safety Code of Practice for State and State Integrated Schools

Pursuant to section 70 of the Education Act 1989, acting
under a delegation from the Secretary for Education,
I hereby set terms and conditions relating to health and
safety for boards of trustees of all State and State integrated
schools occupying land and buildings as specified in the
form of the Health and Safety Code of Practice for State and
State Integrated Schools.

A copy of the Health and Safety Code of Practice for State
and State Integrated Schools is published on the Ministry of
Education’s website
www.minedu.govt.nz

The Health and Safety Code of Practice previously notified
to the boards of all State and State integrated schools is
hereby revoked and replaced with the Health and Safety
Code of Practice for State and State Integrated Schools to
which this notice refers.

This notice shall take effect on the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
