Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to convey water and a right to drain sewage. The applicants claim the right to convey water and the right to drain sewage is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the right to convey water and the right to drain sewage on 16 September 2007, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: The right to convey water and drain sewage over part Lot 4 DP 83885 Computer Freehold Register CB48C/814; marked "H" on DP 83885 appurtenant to Lot 5 DP 83885 Computer Freehold Register CB48C/815 created by transfer 77835 and appurtenant to Lot 3 DP 83885 Computer Freehold Register CB48C/813 created by transfer 125764.

Circumstances: The easement referred to is redundant due to the effluxion of time and no longer serves the dominant tenement.
