Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 8 August 2007, it was resolved by a special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Knights Inn Limited be liquidated and Wesley Garratt, of Southern Skies Consultants Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 8 August 2007 at 2.30pm.
