Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed 23 August 2007, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

The liquidators are considering a proposal to take the company out of liquidation. It is therefore important that creditors advise their claims to the liquidators as soon as possible.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
