Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that Namco NZ Limited and Wiles Investments Limited, being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate.

Porirua Community Trust

Notice Pursuant to Section 219O of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989

On 11 June 2007, the trust deed establishing the Porirua Community Trust* was varied as follows:

"That from 1 October 2007 clause 1(b) of the Trust Deed establishing the Porirua Community Trust dated 9 October 2006 be amended by deleting the clause in its entirety and substituting the following therefor:

'(b) Region of the Community Trust means the area defined as Porirua City under the Local Government Act 2002 or such other area as may be determined by the Trustees from time to time by varying this deed in accordance with clause 5(a).'"
