Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 11 July 2007 at 2.30pm, appointed Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

The liquidation commenced on 11 July 2007 at 2.30pm.

The liquidator hereby fixes 13 August 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

John Anthony Waller and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Bridgecorp Investments Limited and Poseidon Limited by the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).

Approval of the appointment of the liquidators was obtained from the High Court under section 280 of the Act.
