2006, No. 5, page 109, and issues the following notice as a
fresh notice in its place.
Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Central Otago District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation classifies that part of the reserve described
in the First Schedule as a recreation reserve and further,
classifies that part of the reserve described in the Second
Schedule as a local purpose (transfer/landfill) reserve and
further, classifies that part of the reserve described in the
Third Schedule as a local purpose (buffer zone) reserve,
subject to the provisions of the Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago
Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes
the reservation over that part of the wildlife management
reserve described in the Schedule.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993
Setting Apart General Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act
1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the
general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupā, to
be known as Humarire for the common use and benefit of
the descendants of Raiha Makoare, their husbands, wives
and partners.
