On 3 July 2007 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cory Hutchings Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Carlaw Richards, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 3 July 2007.
