(8) When Transpower publishes any information on the Internet as required under
subclause (1), it must also publicly disclose the Uniform Resource Locator (URL)
of the Internet site where that information can be found.

(9) The Commission may at any time by written notice to Transpower:

(a) exempt Transpower from any or all of the provisions of this clause, for a
period and on such terms and conditions as the Commission specifies in the
notice:

(i) in respect of which a control declaration is in force; or

(ii) in respect of which an administrative settlement (being an agreement
made between the Commission and Transpower following a breach of
either or both of the thresholds by Transpower) is in force; or

(iii) which the Commission has determined not to assess as at any
assessment date occurring during that period; and

(b) revoke any such exemption.
